Correct blake2s is for the time being asic proof. AMD miner is closed source and i have no idea if it will ever be released (i dont posses a copy). So only nvidia GPUs as CPU mining is not worth mentioning anymore specially right now with 167.043 GH/s nethash.
Regarding the Taj chain parameters this was gonna be a little TAJ giveaway rewards for anyone that connects the dots.
