I think the payment is still on hold! why is it that long to be confirm? is there a problem with the blockchain? just wondering!?
I finally got my payment verified on 2017-01-25 at 13:16:50. The payments were sent on time & the blockchain clearly showed them as being sent on time as well. Not Lutpin's or Bitvest's fault really. I have NEVER missed ANY payments from this Signature Campaign, so you never have to worry about that!

It's not on hold, it is unconfirmed (actually, it confirmed a few blocks ago).
I've rebroadcasted the transaction a few times
and will do so until it confirms which seems to have helped.
The fees are OK for normal times, however I have missed the peak in mempool transactions right before sending the coins, so it ended up being too little.
The Bitvest Signature Campaign BTC Wallet currently has a balance of just over BTC0.5. Weekly payouts to qualifying members usually ranges between BTC0.7 - BTC0.75.
Your calculations are a little off.
Perhaps on the total amount payed out weekly (I was basing payments off of the last amount you sent in quotes below), - sorry if I was off!
