You had 80 posts of which 17 were eligible for bonus rates, leaving 63 with normal rates.

Total=0.01479BTC
The bonus rates are including the normal rates for posts, they are not on top of them.

I'm not sure what you mean here as that message is fairly confusing.
For that week you made 17 posts out of 80 in the gambling section and so get 63*0.00017 add 17*0.00024.
If you mena that if you were to post 80 posts and have 30 in the gambling section, you would get 50*0.00017 add 30*0.00024.
