Its because of the Masternode reward system.
As stated in the specifications section in the OP, the basic PoS block value is 18 XAB. This reward is divided into 2 parts. 10 XAB goes for the Masternode , 8 XAB goes to the staker. When the transaction comes in, it shows the whole 18 coins that were mined in that block but since we have masternode on the network 10 coins from that block goes to a masternode and 8 coins are the stake reward.

It's fair enough. This will surely incite the long term investors and HODLers Cheesy

its 2 different things if dont have connections or wallet is not synced. Once you have at least 1 connection, the wallet syncronization will start, but the length of the syncronization depends on how many blocks were already mined/minted/generated in the network

i have any problem too in my wallet Connections is 0 and can't sync i also added nodes there and i try with XAB.conf but no effect still same

Create XAB.conf in C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\XAB and add the following. When creating the .conf file make sure that the file name extension isn't conf.txt

Although we tried the wallet on different environments with different configs we didn't met any connection issues.
Make sure that a firewall or an antivirus isn't blocking the wallet connections.

How now I can run the master node, if necessary sum of 300 000 XAB? And one more question, I see that the master node 79.119.43.54 sometimes off-line. What will happen to the chain, if it is a long time to be off-line?

You need to have 300.000 XAB in your wallet as a collateral. If you have that amount you just have to click Create Local and thats all.
If a masternode goes off-line nothing happens, since the PoS block aren't generated by Masternodes. These are getting only rewards from PoS.

For now the Masternodes are special nodes that are ensuring a healthy network by rewarding it's owner for keeping the Masternode online
