As to how to clear the issue, that we do not know for we do not know the reason for this issue. However, there was a participant who had a similar problem. And they said it was due to some "codes" they had posted. Perhaps you could ask them. Their ID was Mongwapogi.
I've already sent a message to Mongwapogi and asked whatever he did.
