YOC will be delisted from Alcurex because there is no trading volume and new ETH asset wallet integration will take time ...  but not serving anyone.

About withdraw...
If we will get coins out from they wallet service, coins will be sent manually to the users.
Currently we have no access in they official wallet, but I have inform developer about that.

We got Wallet access and all withdraws are manually processed.
If you have any YOC on alcurex, place withdraw and I will pick it.

It is not paying our withdrawals. The admins do not respond to the chats and however I have seen that in some of their answers it is the same and it is an official exchange of the YOC. Can you solve this? or have you disappeared after the sale of your currency?
