When you have coins in your wallet you can do whatever you like. You can sell them, send them to another person (ZERO FEES) or buy stuff from a merchant accepting Peep Coin (ZERO FEES)
I dont think this can work. there is no way the price can stay at 1$ and I dont think you can even get 1000 people to sign up for this but good luck. I will watch and maybe put my name in for some free coins.
