Hi Dev, I sent a few pascal coins from Cryptopia to Polo yesterday and they never got there; the info at Cryptopia said that the payload info was optional, so i didn't put that in.
Is this the issue? is it really necessary to put the payload info in or else the tokens won't get to there destination?
If so, who should help me with this?
Do i contact support at Cryptopia, or does this mean that i have lost the tokens and there's nothing anyone can do to help me recover the tokens ?
If you click for deposit addres at Polo - there is: "You MUST send your deposit using the unique Payment ID above. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit."
Poloniex have one account for all, so if you send without your uniqe id then they do not know whos money are... You better talk with Poloniex
