I think VTY don't have an android wallet yet, it is part of the roadmap in package 1 in ICS.  Im pretty confident that the promised package will be delivered when the 1st ICS package is sold.  The reason is that dev are already delivering some of the packages even if the sales is still on going.  But you can use poswallet.com to store and stake your coins. Though therer is 1% fee when you deposit the coin.

anyway somehow aioc is right in a sense that 50% of the raised btc will be put back to buy wall making it only 9.8 BTC for the dev.  So he just made a short cut of computation instead of

2*980M= x * 50%  he just ignore the x and directly move to 50%,


I think they are trying to get to as many exchanges as possible as to spread out the ICS, so that to avoid over saturation of VTY in 1 exchange.  I don't know maybe we can hear an official announcement from the dev.  and from the looks of it i maybe right in my assumption.
