Just read the 2 white papers and as a hedge fund risk manager i have to agree that the disruptive power of the idea is really big. I will definitely invest in the ICO.

I am a newbie on the ICO thing so sorry if this is a basic question.
On the white paper you write :

"3.2 ICONOMI Tokens (ICN)

ICONOMI will issue 100 milion ICONOMI tokens (ICN) 10 days after the crowdfunding campaign
successfully ends. 100 % of the ICONOMI tokens represent 100 % ownership of the ICONOMI
platform, comprising of all assets and liabilities, as well as each and every right and obligation,
including but not limited to intellectual property rights, branding and trademarks."

So lets say you are able to get exact 2000 BTC in the ICO, so if in this situation i invested 20 BTC, i would own 1% of the platform and would receive 1 million tokens which will have a initial price of 0.00002 BTC each.

But if you are able to get lets say 10000 BTC in the ICO, the same 20BTC investment will get me 0.2% of the platform and i will receive 200000 Tokens at a initial price of 0.0001BTC.

Is this how this works ?

Total coins in existence is set at 100m, however 85m will be sold in the ICO so if they collect exactly 2000 BTC that would mean you get 42500 ICONOMI coins per BTC for your investment of 20 BTC that would means 850k coins and if they collect 10000 BTC that would mean 8500 ICONOMI per BTC meaning for your 20 BTC investment you'd get 170k . Value of each coin increases for every investment made final numbers won't be available till last investment comes in.

I am not concerned, i just want to understand how does this market works, this would be my first ICO if i decide to invest.
