Because you don't have control (no private key) over your funds when they are on any exchange

You can't hold anybody not to sell their tokens, we all have entry and exit strategy. Most people here will sell part if not all of the ICONOMI tokens if the token price hit $1 today

Kraken has NOT announced any plans to re-distribute Dividends to ICN holders, so you will NOT receive Dividends if your ICN is on Kraken.

You will only receive Dividends if your ICN is on these 3 places:

1. Leave ICN on iconomi.net (Recommended for general public)
2. MyEtherWallet.com (Open-Source & Client-Side Ether Wallet)
3. ETH mist desktop wallet (For crypto-savvy people)

I don't see this as a bad thing really, sooner or later we're gonna have the ones that sold in the low 30s here, just like we have the ones that sold in the 10s and 20s.

What is the chance that it will hit 1 USD today? Low i guess? My opinion is that the price will increase after 28th.

Some will happen, the platform will be launched and we will know how attractive is the platform to fund managers. This number will really dictate the movement in price going to new year
