To prevent sockpuppet farmers to become huge STO bagholders, all the users registered for the free distribution are inspected one-by-one. Hopefully this will prevent huge dump-fests once STO will hit a renowned exchange so the price will be stable

Filtering the sockpuppets its a huge a effort you can believe it. There are almost 300 requests and more then 50 members were banned, so I'm doing my best, but even this way a quiet few sockpuppets can get through the filter, but I don't think that somebody could gather 10k+ from the free distribution. It's probably a miner who just got rid of his coins.
Yobit Add request was sent and paid 0.1 so probably they will add STO soon.
In the next week C-cex and Bittrex will be contacted so more markets will be available with more volume.
