I was the one who first requested to reserve Filipino translation. Salamat in acknowledging it. More Filipino blockchain enthusiasts should join the the blockchain phenomenon.
it should be the first one who ask there should be consideration to our kababayan who came first and requested, no argue with the dev condition but for me i always give way to the first who requested for it as myself did some translation bounty as well. good luck dev more success to your project mate.

Prior to be a official member, you will be accept to be a pre-member. We have some pre-members now and all of you will be the candidate to be official marketing member (2-3 individuals as announced).
The difference between a pre-member and a official member is that a pre-member will receive bounty (ICB) for his/her contribution. An official member will receive share from ICO fund as announced in OP.
- The most important action for marketing now is running campaign for pre-ICO bounty. This will help widespread ICOBID and consolidate the value of pre-launched ICB.
