yes, REVS will be its own chain and as such will be able to use the DEX protocol to be traded. Also, some exchanges might decide to list REVS and other assetchains.

Before we can get all the assetchains running, ICO must complete, snapshot done, KMD mainnet active and all the notary nodes need to be elected and running. So it will be at the end of the process.

Postpone again? Why I see the escrow addy is 500 btc already, for big stakers investment?

The ICO was not postponed. The issue was with the timer, which showed a different time for everyone depending on which time zone they were at. Now we have removed the timer, and just referred to the official starting time: 3PM UTC.

The 500 BTC came from the angel investors, who invested before the ICO started.
