Can people who participated in tier 1 also reapply for tier 2 and 3?
I've already addressed this issue and still people are not reading...
My Message Box is being flooded by members and full members not reading..... Though there is quite a bit of Sr. + Members applying
And yes when the next Tier Giveaways open those who applied beforehand that qualified with their member rank can do so again if they wish.
