I was here in late 2014 (I assume price was somewhere between 500-750$ back then) , as I'm a teenager , I don't really have an income (I don't work) which lead me to offer services , selling goods etc... to earn my bitcoins. I'm holding since I first got involved and I only spend in occasion (which I really need the money) otherwise I just keep it.

Sadly i am very very late entrant in this field,just started collecting with the help of faucets,i am learning more about alt coins right now,you are just a lucky chap to enter at an early stage,are you still holding those coins,what you do to increase your coins.

got lucky into mining with a knc jupiter 550gh in oct 18th 2013.....BTC was $150 usd ....by thanksgving was over 1k....I roi'd on the $7,131.80 unit in 3 weeks lol

having drunk the kool aid....i ordered (as 1st batch 1st offered prev customer of knc) an 11k usd Neptune BTC miner but in 2014 was allowed to xfer that order
(the btc difficulty rising made me nervous...I was right the Neptune was late big time ...I think maybe folk got 25% of investment back NOT counting electric)
so anyway for same $10,131.80 with shipping on a Titan (promised in JULY/AUG ..came in NOV lol) WAS SO SCREWED....

then LTC crashed and spent all of 2015 minning LTC at like $1.30 usd hoping LTC would come back ...sold at 4 bucks plus something...and ROI'd on machines

since then have been lucky and tripped over extremely under priced Titans...so it is all luck.....

home mining is kinda dead *unless trip over dumb luck deals like I happened to*

I recommend 'attic mining' you go to your attic (in my case probably full of 5K worth of crap) sell it on ebay and buy BTC with it

the only profitable low risk (again unless you trip over some great deal) then asic mining btc or LTC or whatever

then again missed Ethereum boat and missed Monero boat....so now just mining with the 3200mh of Titans still hanging together and holding 100 btc

for me BTC will only really really be back imho when it hits the all time high again .damn it......if BTC ever gets to 1200 usd I'll have a lot less angst

about all this and call it a win....currently at 2200 usd after elec from mining LTC am paying down my 30K of into all this (from all electric since oct 18th 2013 to July 2016)

I figure I MIGHT just mine enough before these puppies go door stops to get close to or hopefully knock all my invested $$$ away and show 75 to 100 btc

in the clear as profit on all this....(of course then  that means at that point.if reached I've jinx'd you all and it all goes beanie baby and worth 0...sorry in advance how my

luck works)

anyway been a lot of fun ..but w/o any home miners worth running at 14c kwh in NEW asics (scrypt) kinda just wrapping it all up




Yeah I think GAW miners ..when they just did hardware used to pay me 0.5 BTC a month..then I think it sat awhile at 0.25 BTC ....then they went scammy
(paycoin and cloud mining of same) and I dumped out of that sig campaign....slimy buggers..still not in jail thou...

I don't remember the exact price, but it was certainly under $100.
Doesn't really matter now, because I've long sold them when they were at $1000 and alos bought some stuff with them.

I still own some, but bought them at a much higher price.

I bought my first bitcoin early this year and that's when its $400-600..though I mined with it and got some more btc..

I got plenty of bitcoins at $200 range. Good investment for me and my partners.

Just got my BTC in 2014 and And I bought it between the price is in $200 - $300 and just trying for holding it and keep that in my cold storage and for a few month the price increases in the out of my prediction and that is very awesome but at the time is still a teenager.

I never bought bitcoins, the day I entered bitcoin world I am just earning it in different ways, initially I started with signature campaign and once I had enough earnings, I decided to go for trading.

i was in bitcoin at 2014 maybe that was pretty late and when price hit approximately $500 to $749

and i don't ever mined bitcoin and my experience purchase bitcoin when the price hit 550
