To be honest, I'm thinking about getting myself that cards, too. As it seems PepeCash is far away from getting the 500 Satoshis mark so I guess that would be the best option?! I mean PepeCash can rise again, yes, but I don't think that it will reach 1000 Satoshis within the next weeks months. So the best way would be to buy PepeCash now for cheap, get yourself a payout and buy cards with it, right? Any suggestions here? Shall I buy new, cheap cards you should I go with the more expensive ones and hope that they will increase in value even more?
And how is the value of a card determined? Just on a "determine base"?

Go with what you know and how you feel.  Yes those rares cards from volume 1 and the first few series are highly sought after and more valuable.  Bt to get started on collecting, get the cheap ones first.  Keep in mind every transaction on bitcoin blockchain cost a fee.  With that being said, dont let your fee be higher than your investment.

In my opinion it is better to grab some cards from Series one. A lot of thes card will raise and raise in value. For example BINARYPEPE you cant get cheaper than for 2.5BTC weeks ago i saw one for 0,7BTC it was sold in some minutes. Also it is good to hold the first Card. Now you can get it for 0,25BTC to 0,3BTC each. I think these Card will also raise in Future because it is the FIRST.

The Value of the Card is that what Users are willing to pay for. If you pay 200.000PEPECASH for one card than it is the value. If someone pay only 50.000PEPECASH than it is the lower Value.

Certainly a high quality Pepe but 8000 Pepecash? C'mon now. That puts the entire collection at a value of 2.4 BTC. I think that's an quite an overestimate, especially for a new Pepe. Maybe after aging for a while, but there isn't anything particularly attractive about "Series 12", either.
