-Sniping?: Nope, each bid within the last 15 minutes of the auction end time will extend the auction 15 minutes from the last bid
-What happens if the site goes down before the ending time and lasts through the end of the scheduled auction?:  If the site   goes down the person with the last bid will win.
-Shipping fees:  US add .01 for tracked shipping via USPS; International will be quoted after the auction end (note the only way to get tracked shipping is to add registered mail option which is an additional charge of ~$13)
-Combined shipping is available for multiple auction wins!
