I can't tell you yet. There are two options in this case:

1) Close sig campaign after funding target is met. Finish spreadsheet and take a snapshot. Distribute Incent tokens as soon as possible.

2) We keep sig campaign open and pay participants until we decide to close it.

In both scenarios participants will be paid for the exact time they wore the signature and don't lose out on anything.

I am actually trying to understand, why are new alt coins just being created. Who actually benefits by creating the alt coins, since after some time this all coins wil have next to zero value. Exceptional ones will have good value rest all we have tried and end up in a throwaway value. So what will make this coin stand for next 3 years?
