They have done signature and twitter campaign before, they closed it after some time. Perhaps it was because the campaigns were not too effective way to advertise his site. Regarding commission, its never charged on the same profits. This means that if you have a profit of 1BTC now, and 50% of it is taken on Monday, then you will have 0.5 BTC. Then if next week the bankroll shrinks and your profit gets to 0.3BTC, then on Monday there will be no commission taken, since it has been already taken previously.

Minimum investment is 0.001BTC, and yeah, 50% of profits are credited in real time and distributed to investors according to their share of bankroll.
