Can anyone give me the link of desktop client? I don't know why there is no 32 bit wallet for download.Or dev will release 32 bit wallet soon?

There will be some modifications before main net to wallet so better wait - we'll release both versions 32 and 64 bit.

Watch-Only means you can add any ARK address and see its history, transactions, balance, ... eg. you can add account from your friend for instance or from an exchange, ... - but that is watch-only you cannot spend from that account if you don't have passphrase for it.
