I just wanted to report that I purchased a 3 month AutoVPS (with bitcoins) account about 3 weeks ago and still have not received valid login information and they have been unresponsive to my inquires.  Apparently run by the same people as Mt.Gox as the one response I did get was from the same individual who had previously responded to a Mt. Gox support question. 

For a company making $30,000/day their support is terrible!
