Getting the  212 with 1420/8200 gigabyte g1 rx480

what could be the problem

im running
r9-280x + r9-280x + r9-280x + rx480 + rx480
0.205 + 0.097 + 0.205 + 0.186 + .0187

-i 4,4,4,6,6


but when i tried only 4 cards  that 0.097  280x went back to 0.205

r9-280x + r9-280x + r9-280x + rx480
0.208 + 0.205 + 0.206 + 0.190

-i 4,4,4,6


help pls
my cpu load is just 25%
