I tried mining on your pool for 12 hr, didn't see balance at all, it wasn't until another 12 hours that it started to show up. Have you thought about displaying the unconfirmed earnings alongside the balance (confirmed)? Suprnova does this and it serves to reassure new miners that things are working, rather than waiting 24 hr to see..

Also can confirm, mining directly to Cryptopia works fine. They all make this claim to lower their server load for lots of small transactions.
