That is not right, they are probably calculating over a certain number of blocks that include a portion that fell within the last difficulty level but using this difficulty level instead of the one that applied when those blocks were solved. I am calculating it to be right around 500 TH/s based on the number of blocks solved over the last 24 hours and the average difficulty of those blocks over the last 24 hours.

Since it just changed it needs a bit of blocks to go by before getting more of a better estimate.. I see this every time the next estimate is super high but clams down.. im guessing prob in the next 11 days (when the next change will be give or take a 1 or hours) it will go from 69mil (btw great number) to 80mil.. and just to let you know by the current average of diff changes every 11 days we have 11 more of these till Jan 1st..
