It's in absolute mint condition. It was never removed from capsule since I received it.

It is not uncommon i didnt seen it much do to lower the Minimum bid increasement. For a example take a look here. It is up to you.

I don't think this change of rule is unfair. It may only be unfair to the highest bidder, and you could ask that bidder if they want to change their bid. Of course it is up to you though!

I thought about, if I lower increments, but I decided I will not change it, for several reasons.
If the majority prefers lower increments, i m going to change it for my upcoming auctions.
