If you already have an Ethereum client running you can do the following:

Step 1: Copy the account address or create a new one
Step 2: Click on contracts and then scroll down to 'Custom Tokens'
Step 3: Click on + WATCH TOKEN to add the Humaniq token
Step 4: Add the following info

Contr. address: 0xcbcc0f036ed4788f63fc0fee32873d6a7487b908
Symbol:  HMQ
Decimals: 8

Step 5: Witdraw your tokens from the Humaniq website to your Ethereum account
Step 6: After a short time the tx info will appear on the site and your token are send to your account (it took about 10 minutes in my case)

Don't use an exchange account!
