The starting advertising looks good, the team seems to be solid.. there may be a hype or there may be a solid project. Time will tell.
If the ICO will be only in March, the team will have to keep the interest.

Answering to the questions, limiting the amount of spam in the thread (the amount of spam is not big yet, but it's rising).. needs somebody to actively work on advertising area.
And the fact that there was not a single tweet in the last 24h (when there are many people paid to retweet them!) tells that some improvement may be needed.

The website looks good, but the ANN here only tells about the git, so some may miss it.

Qtum ico has not begun yet it has create so much interest among community members thanks to signature campaign,Twitter campaign and other marketing and promotional efforts by Qtum team.
Such a systematic promotion efforts beforehand speaks volume of efficiency of qtum team and reflect their seriousness about project.
Looking forward to ICO and hope to be one of the early investor.

why are the bounties paid in BTC not qtum?

Provably because most people prefer in participating in a campaign that they can get btc so they prioritize it first to get as much as people to participate thus more exposure for them. maybe the will soon change it to qtum tokens to spread qtum. It's a good start of advertising tho.

This project is going to be successful and may it be BTC or Qtum Tokens will be the reward, people wills till join this campaign with that high pay. It so happen that in the past or maybe still happening now, when Tokens are already listed in the exchange sites, the bounties will be dump and it does not look good for the eyes of investors.

Altcoin giveaways may be abused and are forbidden in the forum, but for people in signature campaign might be good, or give the option to receive payment in Qtum instead of Bitcoin
