I don't understand everything about the contest but I'll repost it since I deleted it. As I said before, I am posting an image of it that I made in GIMP but the original is not an image, it is an html and css file so it can be edited in a text editor. It can be edited to easily add text, animation, and everything from the color to the size of the logo.
