AE team is good from the beginning but the problem they have taken a lot of bit time for the distribution of the token. But they never miss for updates, whenever people have a question they are updating regarding that issue. I hope future is bright with the aternity team.

Yet it's been 2 weeks and still chasing them to get issue solved...Emin on slack replied 3 days ago unaware of my issue yet Vlad said he forwarded it to him. Sent him the details of the issue again, no response as of Today. With what around 70M bucks in funds yet there's one guy working on issues, money well spent 

Not their problem? So when I invested and tokens aren't showing up in my Eth wallet after going through the process of generating my Eth address from the BTC address I used to invest is my problem?

I know how to follow instructions very well, not new in crypto so I do know wtf am doing. I need the AE team to help figure out if my investment was even counted in the ICO. Either see what went wrong and give me my AE tokens or give me my BTC back simple as that.

I wasn't bothered with the 2 month delay in distributing tokens or even the hack...but lacking support with so much funding gets you thinking.

Can't blame them though, spending money does take alot of your time

I think by the end of this day you will get answer by aeternity team representative for this forum Vlad. He seems to be away currently and usually appear near evening time may be due to time zone difference. I am sure aeternity team will help to get the issue sorted out sooner for you. I have bought at exchange so no issue here for me.

We believe we did a great job with support. We still have a few cases to solve, but are working very hard to do that. If you are experiencing any issues or have not received feedback from us, please remind us about your case. It is not impossible for us to think that your case has been solved.

The number one issues we have identified so far is people NOT knowing the address they contributed from. Please make 100% sure that when you are contacting support, you are sending us info about the correct address.

We have also identified some issues with contributions from multisig BTC wallets and are working on a solution.

this is great news, friends! But I have a question: 1000 flash drives are designed for those people who participated in the ICO? Or, if I now have AE equivalent to 12 ETH, can I get a flash drive? Thanks in advance for the answer!
