Its possible to mine on mobile devices.  Aeternity pow is ram depending. Not like many other Computing Power depending. So its Not so Energy Hungry. You Need a fast ram. Mobile Phones Today have up to 8GB Ram thats nearly equal to Computer ram. Yes Computer GPU Ram is faster but Not THAT much.
