I think iEx.ec is one of the most anticipated blockchain related projects in 2017. I've known about this project since 2 years ago and instead of only a whitepaper, they have made incredible progress and innovative work. Just take a look at how their system work. And add on top the reputation of the team and you have the pillars of a successful ICO. There are tens of ICO's who only have an idea and not well known teams. I will definitely support their ICO.
Devs are top researchers in France and China, they have the best ideas to implement them, IMO they will raise much money, if more than 10k BTC, I am not surprised
