There are many default trust levels (till 10). This rule should have been clear in the OP that a single negative trust too can result in no payment. I don't mind I won't be getting paid but I feel cheated when I was accepted in the campaign after I received the rating. Nobody even counts the DT-3 ratings except this campaign. If I had not contacted the manager today, I wouldn't even know that I am not getting paid.
