Q1 2018 coming !

It has been a long while now with no email update. You have to remember Internet of Coins that marketing and advertising doesn't end after the ICO. That's when it REALLY BEGINS! As an Army veteran while deployed we had signs all over the place telling us Complacency Kills. Although it doesn't literally kill anyone it could kill the company. Keeping support and interest up is the hardest thing. IoC shouldn't be the furthest thing from anybody's mind, but attempting to at least make themselves know weekly. Just a thought because I really believe in its Mission.

The Q4 of 2017 still indicates the distribution of the token asset. Should we expect the announcement of a date for the distribution? There has been a long period of silence from the thread here and other forum on distribution. Some other thread for the forum should be locked if not active please.

Distributing before the wallet release would currently literally mean about 7 times as much work, as we would require all crowdfund participants to provide addresses from all chains (instead of just the account from the IoC wallet). To get to the best of both worlds, we decided to give those who really wanted the tokens without the ecosystem, an opportunity to sign up for distribution before August 1st. Luckily, most people are okay with waiting for the release which gave our team some breathing room to continue developments efforts instead of focus on the administration. So distribution will continue in Q1 2018. In development it can be hard to pinpoint an exact delivery date (as all chains are basically a work-in-progress themselves at the moment, some still lacking documentation for instance) so we stick to 'before April 1st' (not a joke).

Our aim has always been to modular support ALL assets or currencies. The order of supported assets will depend on availability of devs with the specific requirements, or how our community dev bounties will be picked up. We do care a bit about popularity at Coinmarketcap for instance to serve the community, but the main go/no-go factor for implementation will always be the quality of the module and the opportunity to provide support.
