what is difference pascal coin account, with pascal coin in trading poloniex
and what is advantage if have pascal coin account

advantage is that your transactions not traced, you can consider your account like a wallet. now with btc you can open a unlimited amount, but if you want to secure your coins in cold storage you need a account, you cannot generate it.
