And of course, the government stands behind them

It's wrong to have such approach.
Bitcoin is much more than good investment or possibility to earn good money.
It's revolution, way of life, new way of payment etc.
I will first try to explain ''idea'' behind bitcoin, and that bitcoin is decentralized, without government control, modern tehnology, security etc.
Talk about bitcoin price I will leave for the end.
It's just my opinion.

Before teaching your brother what bitcoin is, Why don't you learn first what is bitcoin and its surrounding factors? You can't teach something that you don't know well enough .

1). Faucets are just a waste of time and money, They are not profitable anymore and in fact their rates are getting lower and lower
2). Know that you have many competitor and they some are highly reputable. The hosting will not cost much but you need to hire writters as your grammar is not suitable for writing articles .

Why don't you just start earning and learning here to save money for a decent bitcoin related business?

A faucet is probably not profitable for someone who claims from it but it can be profitable for the owner if it gets a huge number of users everyday and if he gets some clicks on the advertisement he can put on his faucet. And it totally depends on the quality of the faucet if it can get users everyday or not because typical faucets does not get much traffic, so he would probably have to make one with a very new concept.

if the person is concern about his identity online and you think his showing some signs that he wants to transact online anonymous then its easy to tell him that bitcoin will do that for him but if the person do not know mid level internet of things you have to explain him the basic about why bitcoin is created and how is it functioning in the internet.

When you explain well how to get discounts on Amazon when you want to buy stuff usually most of the people I told about BTC get the point. If people understand that there can be value behind it (forget about the price) because btc is useful then most of them get it. Especially women (tell them to buy shoes with a 15% discount on Amazon... They go crazy)

Well, Bitcoin has its own advantages just as fiat has, but much more compared to it. You can argue frankly with your brother that it's price is liquid and so, what you have today may be much higher in value the next day. You can also convince your brother by telling him that it is accepted by the world's most popular giants including Microsoft, Amazon, etc. and Bitcoin is currently giving a great competition to PayPal (hope your brother is familiar with PayPal).

Bitcoin is pseudonymous which means all transactions can be seen but nobody knows which wallet belongs to whom. It is protected in two ways from the inflation (fiat can't be protected from it by its nature): limited amount of btc and halvings every 4 years. Apart from that, bitcoin can be exchanged in any country and if you have it in online wallet you have access anytime and everywhere to it. As for the site, I think it is not a very good idea, because it would be too hard to make something more popular than already existing sites, you know.
