I looked on the Github but couldn't find a README or anything. Is there a dev call meeting which discusses the changes in this hard fork?

Looking at the first post of the ANN the only info is the release of the speaker and not much else.

Are there any upgrades to the software or is it only to get rid of the future difficulty bomb? What about the issuance reduction? etc?

Hi ! I am a musician for musicoin, I have about 100,000 MUSIC = ($ 95), how can I buy or exchange something for them

Temporarily the markets are paused for MUSIC. But you can sell them on Crytopia or Bittrex when the trading/wallets re-opens.

Keep in mind with Bittrex you will need to KYC your account. With Crytopia you "might" not have too if you are selling such a small amount of $95. However been a while since I've used Crytopia so I am not 100% sure. Just be sure you are comfortable submitting your passport/drivers license to prove identify. If you don't want to do this then don't sell them on an exchange and just sell them OTC.
