They have spent lot of money on the project before going live for starting fundraising campaign. They are trying to bring something really usable for real life matters to make things more easier. Bitcoin's price change will put some effect on the raised amount but that will be temporary and soon bitcoin will grow more means team will have more value of collected funds. Now more people will liquidate their funds in other tokens to pour more money into this to make good profit from this as well.
