Yes , when i log in and ask for tier 1 they ask me middle name and phone. Middle name is not a problem i use my second name 2 times but phone number is invalid all the time.

I've done the verification and the team really responds quickly my tickets, no more problems on the verification of mobile phone number, now EON can be done withdrawal, waiting for their exchange site launched

Maybe you stop using the test exchange and use the main net exchange like the developer told you?

I just logged in into my account to check whether that issue of invalid phone number are middle name got fixed or not. Don't know who passed this though I have same problem and it showing same error till now.

Looks like the withdraw EON from my.exscudo into channel app account started to working. Few minutes ago its worked for me flawlessly. Within couple
of minutes the transaction has
confirmed as well.

The underlined words is the most problem, exscudo must make middle name as optional not a priority to be filled. I usually see it as that because there so much people who don't have mid name.

I have filled the kyc there, and now I can pull the EON tokens I have to my android wallet. I am impatient with the launch of the EON exchanges with other altcoin tokens. Hopefully soon launch. Success team
