I would say India is still very much stable in current scenarios compared to its neighbours like Srilanka and Pakistan. India recently made some smart moves like buying cheap Russian oil and selling it on lower price in the country, giving relief to its people.
China is closed economy, while they export there products worldwide there country is closed for worlds imports. Even Indian trade with China has annual volume of 60 billion usd that mostly include importing products from China.
Whole world is undergoing a recession, let's hope things get better for everyone.
