I then did 102 steps
39 pushups
10 minutes on the bike with 5 minutes of resistance bands.

I just did a 117 seconds elbow plank, i wasn't sure if i could do it, because i am used to do from 60 to 90 seconds, purely based on back pain severity.
I'm proud, but that
did hurt, though i did a 60 seconds side plank on either side beforehand, which stabilizes the back a little more.
Seems like i have to pause for a day or two.
So is that the
joy of the fifties?
EDIT: Yes, i paused work to do it, but now i sit upright straight like an arrow at my desk
