WTF??!!  The timestamp on my transaction changed all of a sudden.  How can the timestamp change?  How the hell am I supposed to get in if my timestamp changes?  They won't be able to confirm I sent my tx in the first hour.

No worries, we know that soft cap is at least 70 m USD according to info Bancor provided for Wings (this is the final tier of their donations). So the ICO will continue at least till then even after 60 minutes pass.

So, the Bitcoin and ETH network is practically useless. Perhaps the Bancor guys might wanna try Waves for fundraising. That network working fine .
