The case for investment fraud against Iconomi's founders is pretty straightforward (at least in the US). I have a copy of the original whitepaper that was later removed. This whitepaper was used as a solicitation of investment from investors in the US. The company took investments from retail investors and then used all the money raised to pay themselves instead of doing what's promised in the whitepaper. Only a matter of time.

this securities tokens will be the end for the scammers. maybe it is a good thing to be implemented in the crypto space.

Good thing we have a copy of their original investment prospectus ('whitepaper') used to solicit investments from retail investors in the US.

We are waiting for the continuation explanation of exactly which documents are needed (possibly banking) in order to be able to receive eICN. And of course, what will happen to the ICN if we are not exchanged their ( the rate of 0.0019ETH/1ICN)? I hope  there will be some more comments from the developers before November 1.

You all are still hoping that ICONOMI will give you some profit, NILL they are just sitting on the ICO investment and now they are planning to run away with it.

According to ICNHodler voting, most tokenholders are going to convert their ICN to eICN.

Wondering whether it's a strategy or desperation ?
