You can not because your rank still newbie. You must member rank to join on signature campaign. And also signature campaign is closed. maybe you can try in other project or ICO.

I see campaign was counted in the spreedsheet. Can I remove a signature? 

I think schedule mobile signature campaign same with duration time in ico selling
so MobileGo ico selling until may 31, signature campaign end may 31,  too

I don't think campaign is over yet because the ICO of project is still running and will end in 15 days time.

check the google spread sheet. total stack has been counted there. I am not sure. But no official announcement has been published. So I am confused

The campaign is officially running until end of May.

Before you participate in the campaign it would be nice to have to read it in the first part because all information about the campaign is still open or it has been closed they update and change it if there is a change
