Bounty will be useless if the price will be dropping, better give time the devs to focus on the main thing that will improve the value of edgeless. I am sure bounty is not their priority now and it has previously announce that it will be release as per schedule. Price is below 10K now but the value of bitcoin is rising, so it's a benefit you will all get once the bounty will release at the right time.
