Bitcoin could be given as a gift or you could accept it as a gift. Well if you use bitcoin in a manner that is not proper then it could be also used in bribery but if you continue accepting or sending bitcoins as bribe you will suffer from that act later on. Remember that there are laws against bribery especially to the government sectors. If you can use bitcoin in a proper manner then do it and not in an illicit and illegal manner.

I think this depend on the situation.  If someone had been caught doing nefarious act and the suspect offers the one who caught him a bitcoin then it is called bribery.  Another thing is if there is some bidding for a project and the company who participated in the bidding offers the decision panel a lump sum of BTC to get the project or award to project to them then it will be a bribery. 

But if out of no where someone give you Bitcoin without any catch or hidden agenda then it is not bribery. It is a gift.  As simple as that.
