Sometimes it's way better to have an undervalued ICO. There would be less of that coin in circulation. Therefore, the coin would be even more volatile. When an investor comes in and start buying this coin, assuming that we only got to 25k eth, then the price of this coin will easily pump up. Most coins can hardly get price increase because a lot of people are holding their coins and they dump whenever there's even just a little pump that happened. Lesser coins in circulation will lessen the amount of dumpers as well as secret whales.
