EDIT: I just went to withdraw until this gets straightened out, and the balance is now 218. 3 more hands for 13 i did not play. I stopped after after the video.

You are playing the game in 2 different browsers at the same time. This is how you did the video. Starting the game in browser 1, making bets in browser 2, then starting to record the video in browser 1 and betting in browser 1. The games update the balance on user action, so the balance updates after you click on deal, and includes the play from the 2nd browser. Then if you don't like one of the 2 hands, you close the window, and it remains open in our system. We won't be refunding any more of your games.
