What is minimum funds required nothing mentioned about that how much funds you required to keep developing this project. No news about escrow if you failed to achieve your target so how can get we refund?

Is there a solid reasons for opting against facebook bounty, I know alot of people have criticised facebook for alot of fake and inactive account but this may be the 1% that change the game for the project
