The address you ask about is a "hot" address of the MinexBank. There is a "cold" address where all MNX reserve is stored and there is a "hot", or settlement, address. From this "hot" address at the moment when a parking is created the user's interest rate is sent to the transit address and reserved there. After the parking is completed algorithm defines if all conditions were kept and, if so, user gets his interest rate from the transit address. Otherwise this reserved amount returns to the "hot" address.

These addresses have hundreds thousands transactions and an attempt to see these addresses through the blockchain explorer causes the service to shutdown after the timeout.

that is wishfull thinking, at that current Rate i guess the Reserve burns at least 50K MNX a Week.

will the next change in interest on parking in MinexBank?

I believe it is good for 6 months.  Atleast that is what I recall reading.  An amazing return and you dont have to pay a ton of money like you do Masternodes.  Seems almost too good to be true.  I can see why this coin has sky rocketed.  Keeps people from wanting to sell and anyone with eyes can see this price will go a LOT higher in a short period of time.   

20% Block Reward currently means, that 260 MNX go to the Minex Bank which is nothing at this high Interest Rates, thats why i want to Check the Minex Bank Reserve and asked for the Wallet Address and Current Amount hold.

I feel a little crazy for buying after it went up almost 1000% in 2 weeks.  If it wasn't for the parking and interest rates I would probably hold off.  Not only do you get a return but that same reason will help to drive price up further.  Who wouldn't want a 6% return weekly ?  Buying some now
